What counts
When a matter may be considered complex
Many applications are straightforward. Some carry extra risk or history that calls for a careful approach.
A matter may be more complex if it involves a previous decline, character or medical considerations, inconsistent or incomplete evidence, or correspondence from Immigration New Zealand. An adviser can assess the relevant facts and explain what may be possible.
A complex situation is not the end of the road. Often it simply needs a clear-eyed assessment and a careful, honest response.
